1. Eligibility
The Tesla Giveaway 2026 is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsoring organization and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.
3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate, complete the official registration form on our website with accurate personal information. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details
The grand prize is a 2026 Tesla Model S valued at approximately $89,990. Second prize is a 2026 Tesla Model 3 valued at approximately $42,990. Third prize is $10,000 USD cash. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 30 days after the entry period ends. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
6. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize. A 1099 tax form will be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more.
7. Limitation of Liability
The sponsoring organization is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to release the sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt of the prize.
